Hall Rental
Rules and Regulations
In order for a member or a member in society to rent the hall the following must rules and regulations apply:

The hall is approximately 3,400 square foot of usable space.

Person(s) renting the hall must have an insurance policy in thier posession with a 1 million dollar rider.

Non-members pay a $400 rental fee and $250 deposit fee. Deposit Fee will be refunded back if the hall is left in same condition as prior to the event. A Facility Manager will be assigned to periodically check on event (for coordination of rules and concerns)

The capacity of the hall holds up to 165 people.

No underage drinking allowed on premises.

No parking in front of garage doors or in 4 spaces on left side of building by market.

No smoking permitted in building, exterior use of cigarette receptacles must be used.

All garbage receptacles must be emptied into dumpster and new liners installed.

No access is permitted to training or storage areas (offices, apparatus bays, "deck")

Kitchen use is limited (kitchen is for cleaning, warming and storage NO COOKING is permitted, food in refrigerator must be disposed of after use).
- You have complete use of the Ice machine, Air Conditioning, Chairs, Tables and Bathrooms. Kitchen use for Prep, Storage, and Food Warming in Oven
